This tarot set is perfect for beginners. It includes a booklet to help the user to understand the cards they draw. Plus, the illustrations are so cute. They're good quality card stock too, and in a sturdy box for when not in use.
This deck is so beautiful and feels so nice in my hands
Beautiful cards, just like the pictures. They have a nice feel and weight to them too. Recommend!
Just the cutest cards!!! Big fan of this deck!!
This was a perfect little beginner set of tarot cards for my daughter. They are beautiful and well made. They are just as there described and pictured
The instruction booklet is great for beginners learning the meanings of each card. The cards are thick and sturdy, and will last for many readings. The artistry is cutesy, and the colors are vivid. Great for the new reader!
This deck is sooooo cute! Really truly adorable. Every design for the animals made me laugh or smile to see. A few of the metallic edges did get some dings after messing around with the deck and shuffling it a lot, but that's to be expected. The guide book is also amazing. I don't have a ton of experience with tarot, but the guide was easy to follow, super informative, and had great explanations of what each card means, different types of layouts, etc. I'm so happy I ordered this, and am even considering getting another as a gift for a friend.
I've been reading the Tarot for years. I have owned easily at least 100 decks over the years. One problem I have always had in buying decks is, I might base a purchase on seeing some of the artwork, but inevitably discover one or more cards that I just don't resonate with, just don't like, for whatever reason. That makes it hard for me to work with that deck. I keep buying decks because I do love a lot of the art and I'm always searching for just the right deck, but never finding it! I was so surprised how drawn I was to this deck. It's very simple. The gold ink on black offers a somewhat simplified (but still beautiful) version of the Rider-Waite-Smith imagery. I actually like that it does NOT have some of the details of the RWS deck, because while those details can sometimes open up new ideas, by the same token they can be limiting because they steer the interpretation of the card in a particular way. Having the simplified images allows greater scope for the intuition, I feel. Also, this deck is simply beautiful in its own right. The cards look and feel lush. I love the guide book. It doesn't go on and on with the writer trying to make their stylistic mark. It's designed to READ WITH! Many people say they don't use the guidebooks or "little white books" that come with decks. That's fine but I'm always open to learning so I at least give them a look, and I love how this book interprets the card based on the kind of reading you are doing: general, love, finances/work. Each has its own section, plus a section on reversals if you use them. Very practical and good information. My takeaway is, don't underestimate some of these lesser-known decks. Some of them, like this one, are real treasures. This is a deck I will USE, not just look at!
Gifted these to afriend. She loves them.
tap into a new age mystic by discovering tarot!
This set of tarot cards is so beautifully printed and presented I am just tickled to have it added to my collection! I've bought other decks for twice this price and yet those other decks are not printed as well. With holographic edges and touches of holographic details on EACH card you will love every spread you do. The box is very nice and sturdy but yet easy to slide open with gold & holographic foil on the outside. The book that comes with it is very comprehensive for every card in the deck - it has 287 pages!! Even the minor arcana has 3 pages of description - art description, general, love, career, general reversed, love reversed, and career reversed. There isn't any fluff at the beginning of the book - straight to the card descriptions. And there are 6 one page layouts provided in the back of the book. The only differences between this comprehensive book and the books provided with the large books major brand have is there are no pictures of the cards - color or b&w and this book is a little more "pocket" sized.I also noticed the king and queen of swords being mistitled but I originally thought there was an artistic reason. Looking in the book there is no explanation so I assume it's a misprint. Regardless as a tarot reader this will not cause any problems for me and I think for a new reader it shouldn't be too confusing. Also, I should mention for anyone new to tarot that the cards are titled coins but the book titles these same cards as pentacles. These are somewhat interchangeable and there's a huge debate among tarot users. Just an FYI.These cards are large and I have trouble riffle shuffling the whole deck at once. But I take about 2/3's the deck and shuffle them at a time. They riffle shuffle beautifully! And the cards were not stuck together from the holographic foil when I pulled them out of the box which was a nice change from other decks I've bought in the past.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this deck - beautiful and perfect! 👍😁👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Despite having designed my own tarot deck, I am not the biggest tarot person other than liking cards with fun art and interesting history and symbolism, but my husband over the years has collected a few whimsical decks. He likes them unusual and this ridiculous set of very cute red panda themed cards was a perfect silly birthday present for him. They are very nice, the cardstock is quality, nice and thick. The Edges of the cards have a holographic effect, and the cards have some embossing with the same foil treatment and it is quite fancy. The box is equally adorable and pleasantly sturdy. This deck is an absolute bear to shuffle if you have small hands, I tried it, and then gave up because it wasn't happening, other than being LARGE there are no problems that I saw looking through the cards. In a way they work at telling the future since I know I will definitely be going to my local zoo to see the new red panda soon!
This is a great deck and that's unexpected because it's a cute deck. The cards are large and the paper quality is good. This is not a mini deck. The sturdy card box and cards are decorated with foil that's really lovely. The card edges are foiled too, it's all quite unusual. And there's a nice helpful booklet that comes with the deck. The panda images are so cute. I usually don't like cute images on Tarot cards, but the images maintain the meanings of the Smith Rider Waite cards but with red pandas. To my surprise, readings with these cards are as accurate as other decks I use for readings. I collect Tarot decks so I decided to get this deck. Totally didn't expect that in addition to being an unusual deck it would be a good deck for readings. Please note that two cards in the deck are mislabeled on the bottom. The King and Queen of Swords cards are labeled "Ace of Swords" on the bottom of the cards. There's a picture of this with my review. This might bother some people? But those cards have a "K" and a "Q" at the top that properly identify them so it's fine by me.In spite of the mislabeling, I think this deck is amazing in the quality, foil accents, size, and general overall fun vibe. It's definitely a 5-star deck, very collectible, and so giftable. Very glad I got this deck and I'm thrilled!
I collect a few cute tarot card decks and I had to have this one when I saw it! It's soooo adorable with lovely kawaii style art featuring a red panda and friends. This deck is a lot larger than my other decks though at around 6" by 4" in size, so that's my only complaint as I like smaller decks, but you may not mind. Either way, the deck is so stunning with foil shining throughout and even on the edges of the deck. The art is well printed and the cards are high quality and glossy. The little guide inside is really nice though it's printed a bit tight to the binding. I think this is such a great cute deck for beginners or those who like the cute art! :)
